Volunteers Recruiting

Any event to be successful is built on a team and we are building that team  - a team of volunteers. Please consider joining us in one of our volunteer opportunities:

 

• Site Preparation: Starting May 1st preparing the site for the competitions; locating the bleachers and other site logistics.

• Day of Event

  • Site management, e.g. parking assistance; grounds maintenance; providing setup assistance to the exhibitors; supporting Children’s Activities; 

  • Athletic events

    • Event Coordinators: check in of participants and staging for competitions start times; 

    • Time/score keepers for the basketball tournament; 

    • Judges for the other competitions;

• Site cleanup after the event on May 11th;
